RETURN POLICY:
We simply accept no returns or exchanges at this time.
RETURNED ORDERS:
Orders that include incorrect addresses without contact beforehand or being unreachable by carrier will involve a re -shipment fee of £5 if located within the UK, anywhere else would £11+ depending on the weight of the item for your order to be re shipped as new. Declining to pay the fee will result of a decline of reshipment and a refund simply will not be issued.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If item arrives damaged please contact us with proof of damage within 3 days of receiving your product for further solution taken.
