Would I still need to eat with this product to see gains?

Yes, you would still need to eat to see gains. The more you eat, the bigger the gains are and the more the product works in. It’s best to pair this product with the bbl effect pills, powder or weight gain supplements to stimulate your appetite. Without enough food your gains will not be as effective. 

Directions: Apply and massage in oil after a hot shower or steam area with a hot wet towel untill oil has dissolved. Use oil twice a day, morning and night. Results tend to start to show on the third day, but it varies on each body type.
